In some states, companies that provide tax-exempt status are required to receive an updated tax-exempt certificate and form annually. If the tax information we have on file has expired or we haven’t received the necessary documents, your tax-exempt status will be automatically removed from your account.

To ensure your account remains up to date, please email us your current certificate along with the required form for your state. You can find the appropriate form in your account dashboard under "Tax Forms".
