If you would like to exchange an item, no restocking fee will be applied, and there will be no charge for a return shipping label or for shipping the new product to you. To exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Select an Alternative Item: Choose the item you would like to receive in exchange. Item should be of equal value to your original purchase.
2. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
• Order Number of the item being returned
• Items and quantities being returned
• Items and quantities you would like instead
• Reason for exchange
Once we receive your exchange information
• We will provide you with a return shipping label and a new order invoice with free shipping.
• Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund for the original order.
Please note that the items below are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Customized Hardware with Gemstones: These items are made-to-order and are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
- The Archive Collection: All products in The Archive Collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International Orders: Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Items Passed the 30-Day Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items submitted for return after this window are ineligible for a refund or exchange.
- Sample Purchase: Items purchased at a 75% discount as samples are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
