Shipping and Availability Information

• In-Stock Items:
  Any in-stock item that does not require gemstone customization will ship within 5–8 business days. Items with gemstones or other customizations require an additional 2 business days for the gemstones and metal to cure together. Please note that lead times may be extended during high-volume periods or the holiday season.

• Out-of-Stock Items:
  Lead times for out-of-stock items vary based on the specific piece. To check the restock date for items you’re interested in, email us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist.

• How to Identify Availability:

  • Items in stock will display an "Add to Cart" button.
  • Out-of-stock items will show "Sold Out" or "Coming Soon" in place of the button.
  • The stock quantity for in-stock items is visible just below the “Add to Cart” button.
    
    

• Pre-Orders:
  Some out-of-stock items may be available for pre-order. The purchase button will display "Ships by Date" with the expected restock date.

• Partial Shipments:
  If an item in your order is back-ordered, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
